You are not paying anything today and there is no checkout on this page. But you should be able to see the number before you spend a minute of your time, so here it is.
Setup is $199.99, once, upfront.
It is charged at the start, before the first paid issue, and it covers domain authentication, sender warmup, your list import, the thirty minute voice capture, and the first Farm File for your town. That last one is the expensive part: a town takes real hours to learn properly, and every issue after it is cheaper to make because of it. Annual plans are two months free. If the ninety day guarantee gets triggered, the setup fee comes back with everything else.
"Is a letter really worth $249 a month?"
One closing pays for about two years of it. That is the whole math, and it is the only reason this price works. The real question is not whether $249 is expensive, it is whether the thousand people who already chose you once will still think of you first in two years. Right now, for most agents, they will not.

If your database is too small for this to be a fair test, we say so on the call and no invoice is sent. That is cheaper for both of us than a refund in ninety days.

If your sphere is not engaging after ninety days of real issues, every dollar comes back, setup included. Gated on a minimum list size we agree on the call.
